- This site is designed solely for dowloads of files or backups, which content is property of the user who request it.
- This site does not store, use, promote, nor support the requested files because they are requested for and by the user.
- The requested files are not located in our servers , they have never been accessed nor seen by us and they never will..
- Generated downloads will only be valid for the user who requested it , because we assume him and him only have the rights of the file.
- This site is not designed for distribution, because the system is user based and doesn't allow it.
- This site have the right to suspend any account without notice and/or forbid the request of a certain link if that is requested by the original author.
- We include within this the TOS of megaupload and we assume every user knows this before they use this service.
- Is responsability of every user to read this TOS and keep updated on future changes.
- This site is not associated with megaupload and it doesnt replace it in any way, shape or form.
- This site does not share megaupload accounts.
